| ASSESSMENT / TESTING SCHEDULING Dr. Greenaway can usually begin testing within 2 weeks, sometimes even that same week. After the results are interpretted, you will return to discuss the findings and recommendations. At that time, a written report will be provided with the results, diagnoses if applicable, and recommendations. FEES Most insurance companies will pay some portion of the cost. Arranging a payment plan is also possible. Testing for ADD/ADHD takes two to three 1-hour sessions. The fee is a small copay (usually $20 - $40) per session. A brief summary letter, listing the evaluation methods and providing the diagnosis and recommendations is $150. A longer report, describing each evaluation tool and its outome, listing all the scores, and providing the diagnosis and recommendations is $400. You may want to ask you academic facility if the brief letter will suffice or if the longer report is necessary. Testing for Learning Disabilities is $1250-$1500. This includes the actual testing, written report, and the feedback session. The testing day takes approximately 6 consecutive hours with breaks, including a lunch break. For those wishing to use insurance, our billing manager can check with your insurance company to see what percent of charges they will pay.
