FEES

Dr. Greenaway is on the following insurance panels:
Blue Cross/Blue Shield
Medicaid PPO
Peachcare for Kids (ages 1-18)
Tricare (certified, but not on panel)

For those wishing to use insurance not listed above, our office manager can check with your insurance company to see what percent of charges they will pay for psychological services from an "out of network provider."

NO INSURANCE?

For those who wish to "self-pay" without using their insurance company, Dr. Greenaway uses the following sliding fee scale:

Directions: Find the total yearly income, including income from all family members who are contributing money to the household (left hand column). Find the number of people living on this income (top row). The cell where these two meet tells the dollar amount for each session.
